For weekend, after hours and holiday emergency shutdown situations: Call 918-619-8000. When the automated attendant answers, press 2# and you will be transferred to the Emergency Parts & Service extension. You will be greeted with the following message: Someone will contact you about your emergency parts order within the hour. Please leave your name and telephone number with area code, and please repeat the telephone number a second time. You will be contacted as quickly as possible. Please record at the tone."

When your call is returned please have the following information:

• Detailed part identification and quantities desired.
• Airport where parts are to be sent, for your receipt.
• Contact name and area code and telephone number.
• Customer's name, complete address, and Purchase Order Number.

Air-x-changers' shipping procedure is as follows:

1. Part(s) will be withdrawn from stock and delivered to the appropriate airline at the Tulsa International Airport or freight forwarder, FREIGHT COLLECT.
2. Customer contact will be called from the airport and advised of the flight number and estimated time of arrival.

List Price: $265 per order, plus part(s) price, plus any prepaid air freight.
