Equipment Calibration Our dedication to maintaining the high precision of our measurement equipment is essential to producing high-quality products.

Our Q.C. Dept. Systematically maintains the high precision of our measurement equipment, which is essential in producing high quality products. The precision of all measurement equipment is periodically calibrated by either AXC technicians or nationally recognized testing laboratories. These calibrations are scheduled annually, at the minimum, with adjustments made and recorded in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures.

Our investment in staffing and certification for non-destructive product analyses gives you the assurance of the highest quality in both materials and workmanship.

We staff full-time ASNT-TC-1A Level III Technicians in Radiography, Ultrasound, and Magnetic Particle Inspection. We also staff over 40 full-time ASNT-TC-1A Level II Radiographic Film Interpretation and Dye Penetrant Examination Technicians.

Checkpoint Inspection

We inspect all pressure vessels for compliance with ASME, TEMA, API, and customer specifications.

Quality Control and the full-time, on-site Authorized Inspector follow detailed procedures verifying 100% of all pressure vessel welding, dimensions, machining, and general workmanship.

Our Q.C. Dept. hydro-tests all pressure-retaining components at one and one-half times their design pressure.

Demanding tests are performed on 100% of all pressure-retaining components and witnessed by our Q.C. Department. All hydro-tests are performed at one and one-half times the design pressure in applications of up to 10,000 psi design pressure.
Final Assembly Check

Completed units are shipped only after passing a final inspection of over twenty different areas to ensure the highest quality product in our industry.
